Nike has just unveiled their new line of Nike Lunarlon Collection on the Nike Summer of Innovation event today. As a big Nike fan, I am very excited on their new products, particularly their new running and basketball line.
The Nike Lunarlon Collection consists of the Nike LunarGlide+ 4, Nike Hyperdunk, Nike Lunar TR1 and Nike Lunar HyperWorkout+.
Surprisingly, after just months of release of Nike LunarEclipse+ 3 and Nike LunarGlide+ 3 Shield, Nike has already presented a new design of Nike LunarGlide+ 4. The newest model of the LunarGlide+ family still boasts an ultra lightweight and responsive Lunarlon cushioning and Flywire upper but 18% lighter at 10 oz from its predecessor.
I have been using Nike LunarGlide+ 2 and Nike LunarGlide+ 3 and it’s one of the best stability running shoes available today. The only problem is the Lunarlon cushioning won’t last long if used constantly on long distance runs. But the more important thing is it kept my feet safe and injury-free.
Nike also presented their newest version of the popular Nike Hyperdunk family, which now features a basketball-specific Lunarlon cushioning and dynamic Flywire.
Team USA colorways were already presented on the event which features Team USA Nike Hyper Elite Basketball uniforms, the official basketball jersey for 2012 London Olympics. Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant were already wearing Team USA PE’s of Nike Zoom Kobe VII and Nike KD IV, respectively.
LeBron James is wearing the new Nike Hyperdunk 2012 instead of Team USA PE LeBron IX. Why? 🙂
